Nashville Walks for Nashville's Children 2012

Nashville Children’s Alliance will once again hold its annual 5K walk at Centennial Park in April 2012 during Child Abuse Prevention and Awareness Month.

The Walk will raise not only awareness of child sexual and physical abuse, but also funds to support and sustain the work of the Nashville Children’s Alliance.

NCA Night with the Sounds

On Saturday, August 27th, Sounds fans and fans of NCA had the chance to come to the ballpark for a fun family evening of baseball benefitting the Nashville Children’s Alliance. For each ticket sold through our special link to ticket sales we received a donation from the Nashville Sounds. And even better, a new program, “Strike Out Child Abuse” also benefitted us with a gift from the Nashville Sounds Foundation for every single home game Strike Out of the season! Our thanks to the Nashville Sounds for outstanding support to Nashville Children’s Alliance in 2011!

Delek Fund for Hope Golf Tournament
Thursday & Friday, October 6 & 7, 2011

The Tournament for Hope is the primary fundraiser for the Delek Fund for Hope which benefitted Nashville Children’s Alliance again last year. Delek and its MAPCO stores have become ubiquitous throughout our Nashville community. But the Delek Corporation has much more going on than its work in the business sector. The Corporation created The Delek Fund for Hope at The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee as a way to maximize its support for charities in our Nashville community.  Nashville Children’s Alliance is grateful for The Tournament of Hope donation and we thank Delek for choosing us as a recipient!

Metropolitan Police Department Talent Showcase and Silent Auction
Tuesday, October 25, 2011 6:00pm

This annual event was held Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at BB Kings in downtown Nashville. Again, the talent within the Police Department is incredible. Sets included all different types of music - country, rock and blues performed by bands, duets and solo acts. This event is also well known for its huge silent auction of valuable (and practical) items. Our thanks to the Metro Police Department for supporting Nashville Childrens Alliance through its donation of the proceeds of this event!
